Victoire Stephan holds degrees from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and University College Dublin (Ireland) in criminal law, corporate litigation and comparative law. She also teaches criminal procedure at Paris Nanterre University.
Trained within leading criminal defence law firms in Paris, Ms. Stephan practices in criminal law and immigration law, representing both individual clients and corporate entities.
She advises both French and international clients and works fluently in French and English. Her expertise is recognized by several diplomatic representations, including the embassies and consulates of the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia.
Her academic research has notably focused on post-prison reintegration, the legal contours of drug use offences, pharmaceutical crime, and the offence of criminal association in connection with terrorist activity.
